Register your team for a 9 day event by Friday, April 25th to raise money for the P.S. 118 PTA.
If all the teams in an event achieve a big community point goal, it unlocks additional funding from sponsors.
The teams with the most points during an event win special prizes.
To get credit for completing a challenge, you need to post a picture or video of yourself completing the challenge. The video must be 30 seconds or less and images can't exceed 50 MBs.
Challenges must be completed within the 5 boroughs of New York City: Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.
Events have a panel of judges who have the power to change points earned. If you lame out on a challenge and don’t do it justice, you won’t get full points. Impress the judges and you may get more points. Go big or go home.
Bribing event Judges can’t hurt, though clever bribes work best.
You will not get points if you wear an “I ❤️ NY” shirt. Come on, people.
Make sure the event is fun for everyone involved, especially innocent bystanders. Respect personal boundaries and always ask for consent.
Do not break any city, state or federal laws. Keep your interpretation of every challenge and your approach to completing every challenge completely legal. If you’re not sure, we recommend retaining legal console to help you determine the legality of your approach to completing a challenge. If you film yourself committing a crime and share it with us, then we will report it to the authorities. If you see something, say something.
